1. Children Under 10
All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Parents must stay for the entire session and are fully responsible for their child from arrival to departure. The pool and its staff are not responsible for supervising children at any time.

2. Responsibility & Liability
The pool assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal items during their time at the facility.

3. No Lockers Provided
There are no lockers. You are responsible for your belongings at all times.

4. Shower Rules
You are required to take a shower before entering the pool. After your session, you are allowed a maximum of 5 minutes to shower before leaving.

5. Dress Code
Swimming caps and goggles are mandatory for all swimmers. Please remove your shoes before entering the facility and wear clean sandals indoors.

6. Punctuality
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. If you arrive late, we cannot extend your session time.

7. Parking
Do not park in the driveway. Please use designated parking areas only.

8. Private Facility Notice
This is a private swimming pool. All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules at all times.

9. Referral Bonus
If you refer a new client who registers, you will receive one free session as our thank you.

10. Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund or makeup class.

11. Refund Policy
Once your registration and payment are completed, no refunds, credits, or changes will be issued under any circumstances.

12. Health & Illness Policy
If you or your child are feeling unwell (fever, cough, rash, etc.), please stay home for the safety of all participants. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone showing signs of illness.

13. Photography, Video & Privacy
From time to time, photos or short video clips may be taken during swim sessions. These are used for educational purposes (to help swimmers improve) and may occasionally be shared on our social media platforms to celebrate progress and promote the program. We will always aim to ensure that content is respectful and appropriate.
If you do not consent to photos or videos being taken or shared, please clearly indicate this at the end of the form.

14. Respect for Staff and Facility
Treat staff, instructors, and fellow participants with respect at all times. Any rude behavior, aggression, or damage to the facility may result in immediate termination without refund.

15. Emergency Protocol
In case of an emergency, please follow staff instructions immediately. Ensure we have your up-to-date emergency contact information on file. By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above policies.

16. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class.

17. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
